Think you are the first person to start flagging and get discouraged in your attempts to build muscle fast. Well of course not. We all have days where we don’t really feel like hitting the weights or getting that protein shake down us. For days like that here are some quotes that may help.

Some are motivating, inspiring or thought provoking so take a quick read and if you like any scribble them down and maybe have a look at them anytime that you aren’t really up for your next workout.
