How To Get Big Muscles On The GOMAD Diet

Right as promised here is a great way to add muscle mass cheaply, quickly and as fast as is probably naturally possible. It is called the GOMAD diet and no it won’t make you mad! It stands for a ‘A Gallon Of Milk A Day’. And that pretty much sums it up. You basically have to consume a gallon of whole milk each day and follow a decent weight training routine such as the one outlined on this page here: muscle building routine.

Why milk? Well, as you probably know it is very high in protein and particularly casein which is one of the building blocks of muscle growth and repair. 1 gallon of whole milk contains 120g protein. 20% whey, 80% casein.

  • It is healthy or I dare say we would not choose to feed it to our babies.
  • It contains saturated fat which leads to an increase in testosterone levels equalling more muscle mass for you.
  • One gallon of whole milk contains 240kcal. One of the main problems people encounter when training to build muscle is that of consuing enough caloires that will yield a daily excess of calories which can then in turn be used to support the growth of new muscle. No excess of calories and no new muscle mass will be produced, simple as!
  • Guidelines: Do not immmediately start consuming a gallon a day straight away you will need to ease your way into it over a couple of weeks first. Obviously do not follow this plan if you are lactose intolerant.
