About Vince Delmonte: Background Information

Vince Del Monte as a youngster used to be known as 'Skinny Vinny' his seemingly lacklustre physique only ever allowed him to compete in long distance running events so it was from this position that Vince entered into the world of strength training which eventually led to build this, his famous No Nonsense Muscle Building Program.

Vince's opinion is that many skinny guys that are not naturally muscley or large have been fed bad information over the years that prevents them from becoming muscular and piling on muscle mass. He believes naturally skinny guys need to approach bodybuilding with a unique and different program to combat their genes skinny tendencies.
